What happens after I sign up?
Your free trial will begin immediately and you will be able to get started right away! One of our retail experts will be in touch to show you the ropes, and help you reach your buying goals. Before your trial ends, you’ll be sent a reminder email, so you have time to decide what's right for you and your store.
How will I know how everything works?
Buyable has built in digital support that walks you through each feature, allowing you to go at your own pace. It shows you where to click, why and shares useful tips & tricks along the way so you can get the support you need, whenever you need it.
Do you offer discounts for multiple stores?
Yes, our Multi plan covers up to 3 stores at a discounted rate. We also offer custom plans for more than 3 stores, please reach out to hello@mybuyable.com for more information.
Is Buyable on the App Store?
Buyable is optimised for all mobile and tablet devices, simply head to www.mybuyable.com and log-in as normal.
What if I've already done a free trial?
If you've done the free trial before and would like to try Buyable again, please contact hello@mybuyable.com and we'll activate another free trial for you.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes, on the Solo – As You Go plan you can cancel any time. You can also cancel any plan, at any time over your 2 week free trial period. The Solo - Steady and Multi plans are annual subscriptions where commitment is for the full year.
